Opening the gym early again.  I have my state job exam tomorrow AM for the Workers Comp gig.  I feel a bit anxious about it, but all I can do is my best. I received an email from the state today saying that the application I submitted earlier this month for another gig made it past the first review.  The email had an attachment with essay questions that I need to complete and submit by 12/27.   I'm hoping after the state exam ends (around noon), my sister and I are able to go to the Governor's Mansion to see the Christmas decorations.  The governor opens the mansion for a few days each Christmas so the public can see the decorations.  I guess this is different from the regular tours. We are expecting ANOTHER snowstorm tomorrow, just in time for rush hour, so I'm not sure what kind of exercise I'll get.  I was happy to see that the weather will be in the high 40s/low 50s most of next week, woohoo! What did you do to move your body today? Kix

I woke up this morning to find that the two very old elves next door went on decorating bender last night.  They had asked if they could decorate our side of the entrance-way too, and we said yes.  I am maybe wondering about the wisdom of that now.  Its a nice thought, but oh my, I almost had a seizure from all the lights and colors this morning!  I went walking, it was still dark and very cold, but I warmed up and walked for about 30 minutes.  Now I am making oatmeal... the slow kind.. to warm up more.
