My bad I have been hanging out in my state's forum but have never forgotten you good peole here. What can I say I can say I am so happy to have had wls. I am now happy to say I am in tooterville and going towards onederland. I am walking my dogs and have given 600 dollars of clothes to the thrift store. I can even wear my husbands sweat pants which are XL and his leather bomber jacket. One week after surgery I was taken off all diabetes medication. I feel wonderful and as for sleeping I am sleeping great without my bipap and only getting up once during the night. I met with a couple I met at my group last month and I admit it was a little uncomfortable because the wife wants to have the surgery but her husband does not and I figure he is around 400-500lbs I am pretty sure he is in denial. I wish them well on what ever choice they make. I dont even have to use my cane. A real big thing I did was I bought a scale OMG but only will get on it the first of every month. I am finding all kinds of bones I never knew. So that is my long update. Would be happy to hear from you all.                                                         Annie

Hi ((((((((((((Ginger))))))))))))))))))) You know my heart belongs to the animals. I was helping another baby squirrel we named him Buddy ad he was doing great with the feedings and learning about nuts. I went to get him out to play with him one night and he had died in his sleep it broke my heart. Raising wildlife is a challenge but for the future I hope to get my wildlife certificate and become a foster squirrel mom and we have talked about converting an extra bedroom into a squirrel room. The squirrel we released last spring still stays close by and I put out nuts which he comes to get daily>                                                    Annie

Glad to see you are doing well. I know I was surprised to have a boney butt. I never knew it was there and I image it will get bonier.
