Recent Oprah show abt large weight losses
I NEVER ate like a whole cake or like that. People would see me at 470 and think I did and that use to make me mad. My kids could eat a 12" subway I could only eat a 6" BEFORE surgery.
BUT if going into a surgery room scared _____ less if you are going to come out a live or have serious complications if you do or not, only eat 1-2 cups at a time all your life while others enjoy everything they want and they"ll still be skinny, and never having your use to be favorite foods again the rest of your LIFE is the EASY way out???????????? I think those people that think it is easy are ignorant of the whole weight loss surgery process.

If they can loose it with out good for them BUT I know I could not.
