Gym is Open (Wednesday 11/28)

The gym is open.  Still no exercise for me, my cold is only slightly better.  Not only that, I'm getting a backache from being so inactive. At least our houseguests left tonight, so things will be quiet around here during the day and I can rest in my comfy recliner instead of my not-so-comfy bed. My exercise today will consist of drinking lots of fluids. What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Sorry you're still under the weather, Kix, but glad you are at least slightly better.  Keep drinking lots of fluid and get as much rest as possible.  Your body will take care of the rest.   My exercise plan for the day is to lift weights at lunch, then go back after work for cardio.  I've already dropped 2 pounds that I gained over Thanksgiving weekend, and am hopeful that if I hit the gym a couple extra times this week that I can be back down to 190-191 by next Monday's weigh in.   Good luck to everyone finding the time, energy, and motivation to move today! Good Morning Everyone I haven't posted in awhile, glad to see the gym is open, I am currently out of town in training in Atlanta, been walking on the treadmill each morning for 25 minutes.  It is just so interesting to see the looks I get when I come into room to exercise, I just smile to myself and know, that I am over 100lbs from where I was, and keep it moving. How is everyone doing?

I didn't exercise today - I had another of those completely exhausted days.  It seems like about once a week I have a crash - I sleep for 12-15 hours and then I am quite a bit better.  I am not sure why this happens but I'm not too concerned about it yet.  I know my body is working hard these days.  I'm not sleep deprived the rest of the time, but I just still get really tired, especially if I work a lot.
