40 minutes walking as fast as I could go - which is a lot faster than I used to go, but still pretty slow with my dachund legs.
Sorry you still feel like crap, Kix, but thanks for opening the gym. I'll do a few extra minutes on the elliptical trainer for you today after work. Just take care of yourself, get plenty of fluids, lots of sleep, and keep taking your supplements. You're body just has to duke it out with whatever cootie you caught. Hopefully you'll have it whipped in no time -

Hi Kix,
I'm back!!! I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the bike. I also sat in the lovely hot sauna for 10 minutes.
Whew!!! Things have been CRAZY!!! Cody was sick and even spent the night in the hospital. He is much better now. They gave him treatments every four hours and put a lil IV in his arm. Work has been super busy cause of the holidays. It was hard making myself go today to the gym.
I hope you feel better.
