BLACK MONDAY WEIGH IN....

HEY KIX,         IM SORRY YOU ARE FEELING LESS CEREAL CRUNCHY TODAY LOL... GET SOME REST AND DONT OVEDO IT... I CAN UNDERSTAND THE WANTING TO DO STUFF INSTEAD OF SITTING AROUND.. MY FAMILY WAS LIKE MOMA.... SIT DOWN, WATCH TV OR SOMETHING... I WOULD RATHER CLEAN UP THAN JUST SIT AND DO NOTHING.. I HAVE GOTTEN SO USED TO MOVING MORE.. SO I JUST GO OUT AND PICK PECANS UP LOL.. DONT KNOW WHAT ILL DO WHEN PECAN SEASON IS OVER  UGH....LOL... ITS SAD ISNT IT TO SEE FAMILY OR ANYONE IN THE SHAPE WE WERE IN... I GUESS BECAUSE WE KNOW HOW THEY ARE TRUELY FEELING.... SAD... AT LEAST YOU DIDNT GAIN THIS WEEK...

Well again, I almost didn't post today... I have been gaining and losing the same dang 5lbs for 3 months, and this week is no different. I had a great holiday...too much food thou..I made myself sick, I don't understand why I do that to myself... I got my tree up yesterday.. I know its kinda of early, but what the heck..more time to enjoy it. Here goes my numbers

Beginning weight 473  Surgery weight 417 Last week 183.5 This week 188 I shouldn't be to hard on myself..Dec 5th is my 2 year anniversary and I have loss 285lbs I mean that is amazing...I have to keep thinking positive.. Thanks for keeping me honest. Lynn

I have to concur - Marge is awesomely supportive and understanding!  We are so lucky!

I don't have a scale that will go that high. I'll have wait until my next appt. at the docs. 

HEY PATTY,       THAT IS TOTALLY FINE... WHENEVER YOU CAN GET TO A SCALE IS OKEY DOKIE HERE... I USED TO HAVE TO GO ONE TOWN OVER FROM US AND WEIGH  AT THERE KMART AT THE DOUBLE DOORS... THAT WAS SO FUN I TELL YA.. EVERYONE COMING IN AND OUT THERE. BUT COULDNT FIND A SCALE FOR ME TO USE.. NOT A TIME GOES BY THAT I DONT GO THERE AND THINK ABOUT HOW THAT FEELING WAS ... THE SCALE IS STILL THERE... SO WHEN YOU CAN GIRL... WEIGH IN.... HUGS MARGE

Once you get under 400 there are several inexpensive scales that weigh up to 400.  I have two - a digital and an older one that I don't really trust.  I don't think either was over $50.  I think i got the digital one at bed bath and beyond for $35. 

I hope that everyone had a great thanksgiving, this was my first one since surgery!! I decided to weigh myself on thanksgiving why I dunno my hubby suggested it.  Previous Saturday I had weighed 303, and on thanks giving i weighed 299. I was in so much shock, i cant remember the last time i saw a 2 in front of my number! So it was a great thanksgiving!
