GOBBLE GOBBLE WEEK WEIGH IN!!
Hi Marge!
Happy Anniversary and best wishes for the Holiday and a safe shopping trip
.
Congratulations to everyone who has already posted - lots of great progress going on.
You guys continue to inspire me. I still can't imagine seeing those kind of numbers without seeing you report them each week, so thank you for doing it.
Jenn, bless your heart. Your poor hormones are reeking havoc on you.
PJ, it seems only natural that you would have head hunger right about now, yes? Be gentle with yourself.
Here's where I am:
Pre-op: 414
Surgery: 373
Last week: 321
This week: 316
Loss this week: 5 pounds
Total Loss: 98 pounds
The nicest thing that happened to affirm my loss this week was waking up this morning with my cat actually curled into a fetal position in the curve made by waist as I lay on my side in bed. She's never been able to do that before. I started to purr and she purred right back at me. Such a sweet way to wake up

We're running a low fever at our house due to the imminent arrival of our California family. My sister is particularly stoked. Me, I'm happy to see them, at least we will do a lot of fun stuff this week. I like keeping active now that I'm able to be active!
Just came back from two trips to Toys R Us, both stores on the opposite sides of town. One was over by PJ's house, if I had known I was headed that way, I'd have invited myself over for lunch.
The other was up by Boulder, so I stopped at my "lucky" store where I bought my $1000 winning scratcher earlier this year. I didn't have as good a win today, but I did win $50, which will pay for my haircut on Wednesday. Woohoo!
I need to get off my azz and get busy with the housework. I think I'm going to change my name from Kix to Cindy (as in Cinderella).
No loss this week, but no gain, either. If I hadn't had Casper dogs for dinner last night, I might have lost a pound (they are full of sodium). I'm not going to die over it, I feel motivated seeing Felicia make it to onederland and Kellie losing a big hunk o'weight this week. I'll get there.

Beginning weight: 530 lbs
Surgery weight: 407 lb
Last week: 217 lb
This week: 217 lb

Keep up the great work, Kix. Glad to see you got below 220 - it's frustrating to be stuck at the same weight for so long! When I hit the 220s, it got a lot harder for me to lose, but it's definitely doable. My surgeon's fellow said that whatever I lost beyond that point would be based on how I did in terms of food and exercise, and not so much related to the surgery. Although the surgery definitely helps because I can't eat so much and my capacity is limited. So stick to the plan and you will get there!!!

Happy Anniversary to you Marge!
I am late posting sigh. Busy busy at work.

Beginning weight 380

Man I wanna be in twonerville something fierce. My son is coming home for Thanksgiving from MN. I can't wait to see him. And he says he can't wait to see me. He came for my surgery and left the day after so we both want to see if he notices a big difference.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
