Yay!
Last week, I took an overnight test with a pulse oximeter to see if I needed to continue using supplemental oxygen at night with my CPAP.
The results are in, and: NO MORE SUPPLEMENTAL OXYGEN! Woohoo!
My next goal is to get rid of the CPAP, but that might be a goal I cannot attain. Even so, just to be totally rid of the supplemental oxygen is a major head rush for me (and not because I'm short of air, either! ).
As soon as I get off my backside and get dressed, it's off to the rec center for me. I'm not in the mood to exercise today (it's cold outside and all I want to do is stay in and read), but exercise produces healthy results.

Congratulations Kix! What a feeling that must be! You are very right about exercise producing healthy results. I know that I feel so much better now that I exercise regularly. I can move better, and I'm not winded and out of breath.
I'm so happy for you! You must feel free this morning in not having to deal with the O2 anymore! Hopefully, you will be free of your CPAP at some point.
