Hi Marge, I am a day late, I was home sick yesterday so I never got to my computer I have a really sore throat, hard to talk.. I did make it to work today but I have a doctor appointment at 11:00 I hope she can give me something, I have been like this since Friday nite. My numbers were better this week so here we go Beginning weight 473 Surgery weight 417 Last week 188 This week 184.5 Yeah, I hope I can keep this going... Lynn
