Hello Kix, I was so excited this eve, my husband and I had my cosin next door take spencer for play time with her daughter and we went for a walk at 12:35 am all the lights were out in the neighborhood, it was very cold, and crisp and wonderful, it nice to have special walk with him like this. I will move more when I get up, looking at buying a treadmill tomorrow, I am so excited! God Bless Kristy

Today will be a 2-a-day for me - lifting weights at lunch, cardio after work.  I didn't make it to the gym for the past two days - some times life gets in the way.  It's frustrating because I don't lose anything these days unless I am exercising.  Harumph.   Kellie

I took yesterday off because of this darn cold I picked up, but I think it made me feel worse. I've been fighting off this cold for the past week and always felt good after my workouts, so I guess working out is good when your nose is running like a hydrant today I ran for 10 minutes, did weights for 40 minutes, then ran another 10 minutes. Nice, simple workout and I feel much better. Today is my first physical since surgery and I'm actually excited! We'll see how well I do.

Walked my regular 1 hour walk. Came home and did stretches. Then washed the floor in the kitchen the dogs feet were covered in mud..Does that count?   can't wait till I am 'smaller' and I can get back to the elliptical.  I like it so much better than just plain old walking. But I have to say thank goodness for MP3s and itunes! By the summer I will be able to get back on my bike. That I am really looking forward to. I'll sign up for Saturday since I won't be here. I am going to my high school reunion and I plan on dancing the night away!

I went to the rec center and did 25 minutes of in-line skating machine and 16 minutes of treadmill at 7 degrees and 10 degrees incline.  Oh, I also did the ab machines.  My back is kind of sore today, but a good kind of sore. I didn't take my walk today, I forgot my pedometer and walking isn't as much fun without it. Kix

I took my booty for a walk this a.m. and after work I'm headed to the Y for a 45-min shallow and deep water aerobics class.

I walked for a half hour, and then did the bike for about 15 minutes.  I got tired, still not eating well.  I did get some high protein milk and some chicken in tonight, so maybe that will perk me up.
