Glad your back home safe and sound. Sounds like a good trip, and I loved reading it! I can't imagine anyone wanting to live there either! We visit often about an hour or two away from Kingman, but I would never want to live there! I love Trader Joes!!!!

Hi, Jan: It takes a certain kind of person to like the desert, and I'm not one of them.  Even so, the High Desert in CA is more attractive than what I saw in Kingman.  At least in Laughlin, they had a river to look at. I love Trader Joe's, too, and really miss it a lot.  I keep emailing them to beg for a TJ's here in CO, but so far, no luck.  The closest one to me is in Albuquerque. How is your friend in Arrowhead?  Did her house escape harm? Kix
