I just added weight to my machines too and I can feel it everywhere! In a good way, of course ****ep telling myself that)
I did my jog/run mix today for 40 minutes - I've been doing the training for a 5k from coolrunnings.com and can really see a difference. I should be running non-stop in the next couple of weeks! I never would of thought I would want to run but I'm having fun

Tonight I am taking a rock climbing class and i can't wait!!! I'm hoping to do lots of inside climbing this winter so i can be ready for next summer (of course, all of this is dependent on my overcoming my fear of heights - could be very interesting)
