Ok, boys and girls, what did/will you do to move-to-lose today? 20 mins elliptical 30 mins upper body weight training (add weight on the pec deck and now my chest is killing me, LOL) 20 mins elliptical  Ya'll have a great day!

I just added weight to my machines too and I can feel it everywhere! In a good way, of course ****ep telling myself that) I did my jog/run mix today for 40 minutes - I've been doing the training for a 5k from coolrunnings.com and can really see a difference. I should be running non-stop in the next couple of weeks! I never would of thought I would want to run but I'm having fun . Tonight I am taking a rock climbing class and i can't wait!!! I'm hoping to do lots of inside climbing this winter so i can be ready for next summer (of course, all of this is dependent on my overcoming my fear of heights - could be very interesting)

I lifted weights for upper and lower body today at lunch - took about an hour or so.  That's it for me today - need to run errands after work, then will hopefully have time & energy to carve pumpkins when I get home!   Good luck to everyone finding the time and motivation to move today! Kellie
