Hi, Karen! Thanks for opening the gym - I've been busy and totally forgot. I'm glad you were here to carry the torch -
I'm going to the gym after work for 40-50 minutes of cardio. Will use the rowing machine if its available, and spend the rest of my time on the elliptical trainer.
