I hope ya'll don't mind me pitching in here..... 15 mins elliptical  15 upper body weight training 30 mins elliptical  now my thighs hate me.... LOL What did ya'll do to move-to-lose today????

My thighs hate me to..... 35 elliptical 15 upper body 15 bike  15 elliptical. Thats it for the day.

Hi, Karen!  Thanks for opening the gym - I've been busy and totally forgot.  I'm glad you were here to carry the torch -  I'm going to the gym after work for 40-50 minutes of cardio.  Will use the rowing machine if its available, and spend the rest of my time on the elliptical trainer.   Good luck to everyone finding the time, energy, and motivation to move today!
