Nausea

I'm trying to isolate the cause of frequent nausea (which can last for hours). So far I am thinking it may be tuna salad and egg salad, so I am wondering if low fat mayo might be the problem. I do eat low fat cheese and cottage cheese, though, and I don't think I have problems with these. Oh, no gallbladder in here. Any thoughts or suggestions? -Julie
Practice safe eating - always use condiments.

I seem to get nausea when I lay down- so I stated propping up a bunch of pillows in my bed and that really seems to help.

Take each item out of your diet one at a time and then see if any of them are the culprit.  I get nausea when I am losing weight fast, I assume its the ketosis.

hey julie are you dumping?

i can't have any kind of mayo unless its a very thin dab on a sandwich. no mayo in tuna, egg salad, chicken salad or lobster rolls. doesnt matter if i use regular, light or FF mayo.  my pouch doesnt like it. and i have a mini-dump BTW I havent posted any new recipies on my blog.
