Traveling
So, I travel sometimes for business and here I am in Chicago this weekend. Fortuantely the class is pretty consuming of my time and psyche (it's about disaster). But travel is generally a disaster for eating on plan.
Fortunately, this weekend has gone pretty well. I think that has a lot to do with this site and with being able to check in on how everyone else is doing.

We travel quite often and I think I do better while traveling! I'm very careful and don't want to get sick so I take a lot of things I know I can eat.
I don't do protein drinks but I do take some of the following anytime we travel -
Power Crunch Protein bars - at least a couple a zillion crystal light to go packs in different flavors Individual bags of jerky Soy Crunchies dry roasted edemame now that I've found then, I'm taking a bunch of Kay's Naturals protein chips and cereals For travel outside the US - I take a few Bumble Bee FF tuna salad kits
