Traveling

So, I travel sometimes for business and here I am in Chicago this weekend.  Fortuantely the class is pretty consuming of my time and psyche (it's about disaster).  But travel is generally a disaster for eating on plan.   Fortunately, this weekend has gone pretty well.  I think that has a lot to do with this site and with being able to check in on how everyone else is doing.   So, THANK YOU!

Life is too short to eat vanilla ice cream and dance with boring men.

We travel quite often and I think I do better while traveling! I'm very careful and don't want to get sick so I take a lot of things I know I can eat.

I don't do protein drinks but I do take some of the following anytime we travel -

Power Crunch Protein bars - at least a couple a zillion crystal light to go packs in different flavors Individual bags of jerky  Soy Crunchies dry roasted edemame now that I've found then, I'm taking a bunch of Kay's Naturals protein chips and cereals For travel outside the US - I take a few Bumble Bee FF tuna salad kits

In the end, the weekend went rather well.  I weigh less than I did last week and I feel good about my choices.  Should be interesting to see how things go as I continue.
