Well I had my second Iron Transfusion and feel tired, and sad. I talked with a friend today and she said something that kinda sparked something about trying to improve ones health and it feels like every time you take one step forward to improve your health, it puts you 5 steps back, I feel that to some extent, I cant wait till this surgery so I am not sick anymore. (at least I hope) I wanted to note this, because I use this site also to journal and I was spotting after my DNC and now guess what I am bleeding AGAIN Not real heavy but heavy enough, "Please lord when Is this crap going to stop. Anyhow Possitive, Possitive, Possitive!

It's okay to feel tired and sad - that's where you are at this moment.  But stay focused on your long-term goals; you are taking the right steps to make long-term improvements to your health.  It can be frustrating because the day-to-day improvements are often imperceptible, but the month-to-month and year-to-year improvements can be quite astonishing.  Keep doing the right things and taking care of yourself; it will pay off.   Keep your chin up, and feel free to come back any time you need a little support, or just to share what's going on.  We're here for you -  Kellie
