I try to "be here, now" but sometimes that easier than others.  I just keep working on it every day... And regarding the Sox-Indians game, whose gonna kick whose butt????  We just spanked the Yankees in their own house and our pitchers are ready for you!!!!  Hopefully it'll be a good series of games -  Kellie

Thanks for the hug, Dunny.  It's just nice to know I'm not in this alone....  Plus, I think it's helpful to post what's going on in my head 2 years post-WLS so some of the newbies understand how important it is to work hard on the head/emotional issues associated with weight loss.   Hope you are doing well -  Kellie

Kellie we are really glad you guys took out the Yankees. Although we would have enjoyed the pleasure, it is better they get shamed earlier than later. We welcome you to Boston, but sorry, no spanking allowed . BTW, I, for one, really appreciate hearing how long termers are doing. Although I am newly post-op, I already worry about my pouch failing, me going back to old ways, all the work I still have to do not getting done in time, and so on. Knowing I am not alone in this struggle helps normalize it all for me and keep me from beating myself up, and making things worse. -Julie
