This is really happening???

Hi Guys! I am scheduled for a 3-in-one surgery!  That is...Hernia repair..gall bladder removal..and panncutamy!!! Because of my previous open wls and also the location of my "huge" hernia, I have to be cut open rather than lap.  While they are in there they are gonna do some triming up the hanging skin.  My surgery will be Tuesday, October 2nd.  I am 22 months out and just can't believe that I might be able to see my feet again without pulling my tummy in.  Haven't been able to do that for years.  Anybody with some good advise to share??? Marge, you have been so sweet and helpful to me and my quest.  I don't know if I am brave enough to put before and after pics in my profile..but you do give me hope in seeing a drastic difference in myself.  These past two years have truly been a roller-coaster ride and you over 50 BMI-ers have been there all along the way.  Please send your prayers, happy thoughts and good vibes my way...it's just getting hit me what I am doing to myself.  I can't imagine getting this stomach into anything smaller than a size 16.  Thanks for all your support . HEY GINGER,       OMG I AM SO FREAKIN HAPPY FOR YA!! GIRL, THEY ARE GONNA BE GIVING YOU A TOTAL OVERHAUL HUH WHILE IN THERE LOL... THE GALLBLADDER ALONE BEING GONE IS AWESOME ESPECIALLY IF GIVING YOU PROBLEMS... I HAVE TO SAY THE HARDEST THING TO GET USED TO IS BATHING AND THE WATER ACTUALLY "ROLLING" DOWN YOUR BODY WITHOUT ANY DETOURS IN YOUR BITS AND PIECES YOU HAD HANGING EVERYWHERE... AND HAVING TO NOT LIFT THE OLE GUTT UP TO DO OTHER CLEANING... WORDS ARE NOT EVEN ENOUGH TO TELL YA WHAT THATS LIKE... YOU HAVE ALWAYS BEEN THERE FOR ME THRU THESE WLS TIMES AND NOW ITS TIME TO OPEN UP A WHOLE NOTHER CAN OF WORMS LOL...JUST BEWARE... YOU THOUGHT WLS WAS HARD TO TAKE IN LOSING WEIGHT SO QUICK... THIS PANNI DEAL BEING GONE IS REALLY SOMETHING ELSE TO TAKE IN...MAN.. I DIDNT EVEN KNOW I HAD A ROO ROO (3YR OLD GRANDDAUGHTER TERM FOR VAGINA LOL)TILL SURGERY...LOL.. Ginger, is it appropriate to say CONGRATS for a hernia and gallbladder operation?    I'll say it is, because I'm thinking it would have been harder to get the tummy tuck approved without the other work. I'm really excited for you.  I was noticing yesterday how unsightly my hanging belly and drooping girl bits are (I wore a pair of snug fitting leggings), and I can't wait until I can get some of this skin trimmed. I'll think good thoughts for you on Tuesday -- the gallbladder should be a breeze, but I'm not sure about the hernia repair.  I know the tummy tuck will hurt like H, but down the road, you'll remember it as one of those "good" kinds of pain.
