Stalls, plateaus... whatever you call it, I hate it

I bet you are building a lot of muscle with all of that swimming.  One thing I definitely know I need to do is up the exercise some.  I wish I could take your class!  I love to swim and we can get a good deal at the gym through husband's job, but I am still a little too shy about going to the gym, and even when I do start, most of the water classes are at times that won't work for me if I want to have a parking place at school.  Thanks for the support!

HEY DUNNY,       FIRST OFF, NOTHING STOPS YA FROM GOING CRAZY.. I AM A POSTER CHILD FOR THAT LOL... I HAVE WEIGHED MYSELF EVERYDAY SINCE ABOUT SIX MONTHS BEFORE SURGERY.. IT BECOMES SO MUCH A PART OF YOUR LIFE... WEIGHT... WEIGHT.... WEIGHT.... AND THEN AFTER SURGERY YOU TOTALLY GET INTO WEIGHING MODE..AT FIRST ITS AMAZING SEEING IT SHED OFF SO FAST.. BUT THEN IT SLOWS DOWN IN A HURRY... I WAS FORTUNATE AND NEVER STALLED TILL A WAYS OUT BUT IT IS A KILLER ON THE MIND... I WAS LIKE OMG! IM AT THE END OF THIS RIDE ALREADY? AND IT DOES CONSUME YA ALOT... BUT I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A RUNNER WHEN COMES TO THE SCALE AND MAYBE THATS WHY I GOT SO OVER THE EDGE. SO EVEN AS I SIT HERE TODAY I WEIGH EVERYDAY OF MY LIFE. IN THE MORNING I DO THE POTTY DEAL AND THEN HIT THE SCALE... IT JUST KEEPS ME HONEST AND WIDE EYED OPEN TO THINGS I CAN CONTROL... LIKE TO MUCH SALT INTAKE OR NOT ENOUGH DRINKING THAT DAY OR NOT ENOGUH PROTEIN... ITS MY WAY BUT I KNOW SOMETIMES WEIGHING ONCE A WEEK IS BETTER ON THE MIND... IT IS SO FRUSTRATING SOMETIMES AND I CANT LIE.... IT WOULD SET THE MOOD FOR THE WHOLE FRIGGIN DAY ALOT OF THE TIME.. BUT THE FURTHER I AM OUT THE BETTER I HANDLE IT.. BUT STILL WANT TO CRANK UP THE OLE TRUSTY LAWNMOWER AND RUN OVER THAT SUCKER EVERY NOW AND THEN LOL....SO JUST DO WHATS BEST FOR YOU..... HUGS MARGE
