hey julie just me butting in --- (i've been stalking ya lol) WOOHOOOO for making laps at home. thats SUPER!!!!! i'll get  you out walking with me soon enough! 1. YES its normal to feel full ALL the time. enjoy it to its fullest because unfortunately that sensation will go away. 2. from what i remember, yes jello = clear liquid. BUT also from what i've learned there is nothing like water - excep****er.  our bodies need the extra water now more than ever. i have some links on that i can share with ya, just ask 3. no heebiejeebies here on rearranging my insides. i think i may have had a few of them pre-op when i watched the surgery online, but doesnt bother me anymore. i guess it depends on the person and how they normally handle that kind of stuff  take care!!
