Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Sorry for the late post. My computer at work has been on the fritz since yesterday morning, it is now working...so so am I!
I am heading to the gym directly after work tonight. My plan is to do 45 mins cardio (treadmill) then leg strength training and abs.
What did you do to move your body today?

My sibling and I went to aquacise last night, and the teacher had us move muscles I didn't know I had. I was sore today, and my workout at the rec center was really hard to do because my leg muscles ached.
I did 45 minutes of in-line skating machine (level 2) and then about 15 minutes of weight machines (stomach and knees) that I didn't have time for yesterday.

Hi, Lori. I did a quick cardio workout after work on Wednesday - 20 minutes on the elliptical trainer, then 15 minutes on the Stairmaster. My right knee was a little sore and was starting to "twinge," so I stopped earlier than intended. I've learned that it's best to listen to the knee when it says "back off"!
