Gym Is Open (Monday)

Quick trip to the gym this morning.  I did 30 mins on the track and 10 mins upper body strength training, then had to run out of there to make an early meeting.

What did you do to move your body today?

Hello!! I did 30 mins (3 full times around) at The Circuit this morning then came home and took my 6yr old on a 1 mile walk. Oh and picked up Apple Tree Poop (AKA Apples) 3 - 5 gallon buckets worth!! Sheesh think the wind blew last night. Have a wonderful day!! *huggles* Felicia =0)

Hi, Lori and welcome to Monday.  I lifted weights for upper and lower body at lunch today.  Will go back for 35-40 minutes of cardio intervals after work.  This is my 2nd or 3rd week of doing interval sessions on the days when I lift weights.  I'm enjoying the change in the routine.   Kellie

I ran to the bathroom for exercise today.  Does count as an ab workout?  I had my third episode in as many days - started about 5 minutes into my recumbent bike workout.  Maybe I got kind of seasick on the bike, I dunno, but I'm still only on full liquids.  I don't even want to think about the horking involved in trying other foods!  I don't understand how the same thing settles perfectly sometimes and terribly other times.   Booo.  *pout*

Hi Lori, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill and sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. (((hugs))) Diana
