Hi Lori, Whew it's hot here in Texas!!! OK I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the bike and 100 crunches. I also did three different leg/thigh machines. (((hugs))) Diana

Diana, It must be stifling hot in Texas.  It is 104 degrees here today and we only have 24% humidity...I can't even imagine what you are going through.  Good for you for exercising through it! Lori

Hi Lori, I did 2 hours of water aerobics today - 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening.  I'm tired -- lack of sleep the past few days, and after being in the pool tonight, I'm ready to hit the hay!  I did the warmup and cool down parts of the workout tonight, and will teach on Thursday and Friday mornings this week. Oh, our pool is outdoors, but it is kept betwen 83 - 88 degrees year round.  It feels cooler in the winter with the breeze blowing, and can feel warm in the evening.  The pool maintainence people recommend this temp to help with bacteria levels, and chemical levels.  Pools are not to be too much colder or warmer for a public pool, so I've been told.

Jennie, Interesting what you say about pool temps.  I can really feel a difference from pool to pool, but, then the body really feels a few degrees difference. Lori
