Okay ya'll, let's get in the gym and get our MOVE on.... LOL 15 mins elliptical 25 mins leg weight training 15 mins elliptical That elliptical just kills my inner thighs!  and As usual the best part is when it's DONE!

Hi, Karen.  Thanks for opening the gym while Lori is away.  I did 50 minutes on the elliptical trainer during my lunch hour.  I love it when I get my workout done in the middle of the day -makes me feel accomplished!   Have a great evening -  Kellie

Thanks for opening the gym again Karen! Very much appreciated Today was my interval training day - I did 27 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 13 minutes on the stairmaster (which I am LOVING! That thing is getting my legs into great shape) Tomorrow is hike day and I am hitting a very high altitude hike with a friend (we end up at 13,200 feet). He is moving to Texas next week and wanted to do one last hike in the mountains and he asked me to go with him. I'll make sure and post pictures, it's suppose to be a beautiful place!

Hi Karen, I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 150 crunches, 10 minutes on some machines. I got back in the sauna for another 15 minutes. (((hugs))) Diana
