Did a very brisk 30 min walk around the track at the gym, then ran to a meeting. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Hi Lori,  Just got back from a very long vacation I will get back into the gym soon. I am currently nursing an injury to my knee did a little to much walking without the right shoes. I am hoping it will be healed in a couple of days or so. Well keep up the good work i will talk with ya soon.  Lorraine

Hi Lori, I have 60 minutes of easy water aerobics this morning, and will do a 1 hour class tonight.  Tonights class is part of my training, so I will lead part of the class.  I need to start practicing pacing myself on laps.  For part of my certification, I need to be able to swim 500 yards, 20 laps, non stop.  The lap swimming isn't hard, but I do take a break every 5-8 laps.  I was on a swim team as a kid, and was used to swimming short distances and going all out, so I'm not used to the endurance of a long swim without stopping.  Maybe I can get in some practice time today as well.

Hi Lori, I did 30 minutes on the treadmill (burned 408 calories 11 incline and 3.4 speed). I did 100 crunches and two leg/thigh machines. I also sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. (((hugs)))) Diana

Hi, Lori.  On Monday I hit the gym twice -- lifted weights for upper and lower body at lunch time, then did 50 minutes on the elliptical trainer after work.  Both felt great -  Kellie
