I am having a LBL on 10/17 with an upper body lift later.  He expects to take of 10 to 15 pounds of skin and tissue during the six hour LBL.  During the UBL he will lift my breasts, remove under arm skin and do my back.  I will not lose much in breast size and will not need implants.   I will, of course, quit smoking!  The challenge will be to do it without gaining weight..  We drove up the 2+ hours for the consult last night and made a nice trip out of it.  My husband is very, very supportive.  He always is and I am blessed to have him in my corner. I shopped a Victoria's Secret yesterday for the first time.  :)  Loris

Congrats on getting your first round of plastics scheduled, Loris!  One more step on your journey -  Good luck quitting smoking!  I know what a challenge that can be, but it'll be worth it in the long run. Kellie

I have just had my TT (still swollen) and did the arms and breast.  I am so pleased with the difference.  Now I will be the first to say, I sure don't look like the "normal" person--still not model perfect, but I figure with what they had to work with, they did a great job.   That's a lot of surgery, but your body will heal much better without the nicotine.  I know that isn't an easy habit to break, so good luck there. Isn't it remarkable what they can do nowadays. Sally

Loris, I'm still in the consult process for my plastic surgery.  My case is a bit complicated since I've had breast cancer.  At this point, though, I will probably be having my surgery about the same time as yours.  We will have to stay in touch! Lori
