Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
Had an early meeting, so couldn't go to the gym this morning. I plan on walking to and from my WW meeting at lunch which is 1.5 miles and I have my gym clothes in the car to go to the gym right after work where I plan on 40 mins cardio and 30 min lower body strength training and abs.

It is so good to be home after being on the road for most of the month. I'm back at my local pool for water aerobics. I'm in training now to be an instructor, and worked my first class in training last night.
This morning, I did my 1 hour class. I'm planning on going tonight, and then bowling for 2 hours after that.
With my weight loss, and physical training, over the past 4 weeks, I've been hiking, tide pool exploring, sailing, climbing in and out of dingy's by climbing down the ladder at the side of the boat, and back up, lots of walking! I wouldn't have done any of these things before, especially hiking up to the tops of water falls on the Colombia River Gorge! NO WAY, but it was so enjoyable, and wasn't even that hard physically since I've been working out all these months. It's so nice to be able to enjoy life!
