Gym is Open (Monday) & Weekend

Sorry, I never logged in this weekend.  Needed a break from the computer.  I exercised on Sunday, 45 min cardio, 30 min of strength training.  Then I went swimming for 30 mins. Nothing today, so far, though....in a big rush with meetings all day. What have you done to move your body today? Lori

Hi, Lori.  I almost never go to the gym on the weekends - just can't make myself get up and go.  I did about 2 hours of yard work though -- cut the grass and trimmed some areas that were overgrown.  So I got plenty sweaty!   Today (Monday) I lifted weights for upper and lower body at lunch time, and I'll go to the gym for 40-50 minutes of cardio after work.   Good luck finding some time in your day to move! Kellie, I generally don't go to the gym on the weekend either, but, if I didn't get my 5 days in during the week, I try to. Sounds like your chores were a real work out though! Lori

Hi Lori, I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes. I did 32 minutes and the treadmill and 10 on the ellipitcal trainer. I did 100 crunches and a couple of other machines. I got back in the sauna for another 10 minutes. (((hugs)))) Diana
