Gym Is Open (Friday)

Since I just did cardio every day this week, today, I just did circuit training.  3 times through all the machines and some free weights.  I hope to be more balanced with my workout next week. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I'm going to the gym after work.  Haven't decided whether to do cardio or lift weights.  Should lift weights because I've only lifted 1x this week, but want to do cardio because I can put music on my iPod and just go.  Either way, I'm going to get sweaty! Kellie

HI Lori, I sat in the sauna for 15 minutes, did 32 minutes on the treadmill at a 10 incline burned 400 calories woohooo!!! I did 100 crunches and a few machines. I got back in the sauna for another 15 minutes. ((((hugs)))) Diana

Well, I did my hike! All of it! And my body is so sore today I can barely move. It ended up taking me 6  and a half hours - it was 9 miles with an elevation gain of 2100. I've got to tell you, it was one of the toughest things I have ever done, but I made it without too much difficulty - I just took it very slow. If I don't lose 10 pounds this week, I'll be very upset. I think I deserve it after that hike! I am going to do a 'hike report' later, pics and all (the area was GORGEOUS!) and tell you guys all the fun details, but I have to get going to another hike today with my WLS group, so it will have to wait. thank god todays hike will be easy!
