Crazy July!

I just wanted to pop in and say hello.  I've been out of town for most of July, and I'm packing up again to leave on Thursday, coming home Monday.  We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a 10 day trip up the pacific coast - it was beautiful.  We've been to a marriage retreat, helped my parents move out of their home in Arizona, and now I'm going to a quilt retreat.  I feel like the suitcase is my best friend.  It's good to be home for a few days, and it was great to get back to my water aerobics class.  I really missed that. Anyway, I missed all of you, and just wanted to say hello!

25 years!  Congratulations!  How far up the coast did you get? Have you been able to adapt your food plan to al the traveling?  I'm still learning how to eat while out and about, and it isn't always easy! We missed you, too!  Have fun at your quilt retreat!  Kix

Welcome back! I was just wondering where you have been, good to know you have been having fun on all your travels I do know what you mean about being home though - I love to travel too but my own bed is just too comfortable to be away for too long!
