Hernia Repair anybody?

Hi all, I have  had a weird movement  in my belly for the past 5 months or so....felt kinda like a baby flip-floppin around.  I just got confirmation that it was indeed a abdominal hernia.  I have been told that hernias like to come back.  I had a hernia repair in 2000..my incition burst in 2002 (something with the mesh) and a hernia which strangulated my intestants which added tons of complications to my gastric bypass in Nov. of 2005.  My question is to my all knowing buds out there is......If my insurance covers the hernia, which I'm sure it does, will it cover a tummy tuck/ skin removal at the same time??? Is this something I need to have a plastic surgeon do or both ps and general surgeon.  I am not at goal yet, but that skin sure gets in the way.  As you might guess, I'm kinda freaked out and my family doesn't see it as a big issue...maybe they are just trying to make me feel better.  I've gotta research this with BCBS, but what experience have you guys had?
