Gym is open (Monday)

Okay, so it's Tuesday already, but I thought folks might still want to post their activities from Monday.  On Monday, I lifted weights for upper and lower body after work.   What did you do to move your body on Monday? Kellie

Thanks for opening up the gym Kellie! I did 27 minutes on the elliptical, 20 minutes on the treadmill and 15 on the bike. I was still recovering from a migraine I had the night before so my intensity was a little lower than usual, but I was happy I actually did it -the migraine had wiped me out and I wasn't feeling too good.

I did a lot of cleaning yesterday (2 hrs +) so I am counting that as good physical activity as long as I break a sweat.  My body is really confusing me lately - sometimes I am bursting with energy and can't sit still, and then sometimes I feel so tired I am barely functional.  Both of these are new.

My body does that too. I can hike a trail and zoom up to the top with no problems, then a week later I will barely be able to make it.  It's just down right strange.

Dunny spent 2+ hours cleaning?  I feel ashamed of myself.   I didn't get to the rec center yesterday, I just did lots of walking everywhere I went, and I ended up taking a drive up to Louisville (here in CO, we pronounce it like it's spelled) and ate at the Blue Parrot, which is supposed to be a local treasure.  The food was way too heavy for me, it sat on my aorta all day long. I did clean the kitchen last night, but it only took 10 minutes.  Maybe it's because I haven't mopped the floor since our governor was inaugurated!   Kix
