Suggestions for protein bars???
I love the Atkin protein bars, I carry one with me wherever I go. They have polydextrose and sucralose, so they may work. (but they list only 1 gram of sugar and 2 grams of sugar alcohols, so it's a pretty low amount.) They have lots of different ones and I have found that some of them are too rich for me (mostly the smores and caramel ones) but I love the chocolate chip granola and peanut butter ones. They have whey protein in them too, so that's a plus and it is packed with almost 20 grams of protein.
I use them a lot for hiking and when I'm having my low blood sugar problem - they are pretty handy and don't taste too bad.

I'm not sure on ingredients as we don't have any of them at home right now but my husband likes Clif bars, which aren't very sweet and should be all natural. I like Luna bars, which are a lower calorie version of Clif bars - and some of the Clif nectar bars are delicious though I'd bet they have too much sugar (all fruit)
I also like the Atkins bars ok, but like the Zone diet bars even better. The chocolate graham ones and the chocolate peanut butter ones. Again, I have no idea on nutrition.

Pure Protein especially the peanut butter chocolate and the blueberry. They only have 3 carbs and are not sweetened with sugars. They also come in a S'mores, a Double Chocolate Chucnk, strawberry, and a peanutbutter marshmallow.
15-20 grams of protein also
