I did 45 minutes on the elliptical trainer at lunch time.  Had planned to do an hour of cardio, but was feeling really fatigued.  Not sure if I was just low on energy because it been a while since I had eaten, or if my iron is low (just finished my period).  Regardless of the cause, I just didn't have the energy for another 15 minutes.  If it's not super-brutal hot/humid after work, I'll take a walk to get in a bit more cardio.   Kellie

Kellie, I find my days to be quite different with energy and working out.  I just have to roll with it!  Have you had your iron checked?  I ended up being low and really didn't expect it. Lori

Walked 1 mile on lunch time. Will go to Curves after work. After that I'll do 1/2 hour with my step DVD. I need to up the weight loss. I'm so close to my goal.

My Plantars was worse in the morning - my doctor said that was normal since it wasn't used all night. Also when i sat down for a long time and then stood up - I'd hobble around in a lot of pain. Did you by chance get a cushion for your shoes? My doc gave me one and it certainly did help ease the pain. I actually made it to the gym today! I got my new MP3 player and headed over, only to find out that I had left the player on all night and the power had drained. But I still worked out, did 34 minutes on the elliptical and 20 on the bike.  They had an announcement that a Boot Camp is beginning tomorrow and will include training on the weights at the gym. So, I might try it tomorrow and see what it's about.

PJ, I have orthotics that a foot doctor made me many years ago when I had this before.  They are a life saver.  Today, it is not hurting me.  I guess I needed to take yesterday off. Once you get used to having an MP3 player with you when you work out, you will really hate it when you don't have it charged up!!! Try boot camp and let us know! Lori

Just reading what all of you do each day wears me out!  If only.  I did three flights of stairs and walked a little bit farther than I did yesterday.  Each day a little bit more.  I'm looking for a gym that is not so darn expensive.  My dh doesn't want to pay because he thinks I won't go.  Oh well, we'll see.   Have a good evening.
