Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
My foot was so sore when I woke up I could barely walk!!! I decided to skip the gym as it was going to have to be a quick trip anyway since I had an early meeting. It feels better now. This Plantar's Fascitis is a weird thing! Maybe, I'll hit the pool tonight to swim. It is super hot again today.
What did you do to move your body today?

The morning I've had! Oy!
I had to do a pulse ox study last night to make sure my oxygen levels are stable when I sleep, so I had to wear a pulse ox on my finger all night. Not only did the stupid probe pinch my finger, the darn thing blinked all night. I felt like I was sleeping next to a traffic light -- well, what sleep I did get.
Took the machine back to the Pulmonary Dept (downtown Denver) and got caught in overlapping rush hour traffic (must have been bad accidents on the freeways, which caused the traffic to spill onto surface streets). I spent an hour in traffic, dropped off the machine, and spent another hour in traffic trying to get out of downtown. AARGH.
I did get to the rec center, and was pretty cranked up by then, so I did 30 minutes on the in-line skating machine. No weights today, I do those every other day. Armbikes were occupied, and I was too impatient to wait.
Since I'm cranked up today, I will take out my agita on the housework, and maybe my house will be clean like Dunny's instead of the kind of casual cleaning I usually do!

haha. my apartment is going downhill fast - I get home and think "maybe in a little while" and then I find anything else to do instead of cleaning. Maybe tonight.
Anyway, as far as a workout, I walked at the park this morning at 5:30am and because its so darned thick I was sweating like a maniac after 30 min. Went home, took a shower, and then hurried to work because the best parking is gone by 7am. Its so humid it took almost three hours for my short hair to dry!! Inside, in the supposidly dryer building with central air, with a fan blowing in my face... this is just brutal. Its still raining almost every day. I need to go back to the desert.

My plantar fascitis always hurt the most when I was off my foot for a while - if I got up in the middle of the night I could barely walk on it and the same in the morning. Then after I was on it for a while it started to ease up, but as soon as I was off of it for any significant length of time it would hurt the next time I stood up. Ouch!!! I hope you get through it soon.
