Lorraine, I do not know what city you are in, but, you can look at this website to find the participating cities. http://www.walkfromobesity.com/ The one I will be in here in Salt Lake City is Sept 15. I really encourage it, if there is one near you! Lori

Hi, Lori.  Glad you managed to do your 5K yesterday, plantar fasciatis and all!   Today, I lifted weights for upper and lower body at lunch.  Will head back to the gym after work for 60 minutes of cardio - probably a mix of elliptical, bike, and stairmaster.   Kellie
