Gym Is Open (Tuesday)
I must be having sympathy pains, my heel was kind of sore this morning. I've had heel spurs before, so I just suck it up and keep on going.
I went to the rec center and did 20 minutes of in-line skating machine and 20 minutes of armbike. I thought I'd do at least 30 minutes of skating today, but my thighs felt kind of tired from yesterday, so I didn't want to pu**** and injure myself.
Oh, I also did 3 minutes of treadmill, but I didn't enjoy it, so I hopped off.

Hi everyone!
Today I did upper body weights (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, and triceps) and now my back is killing me!!! I think we're falling apart
Unless my back is just feeling sore already. Arggh.
Always something, huh?
I did the elliptical for 25 min and the bike for 18. Tonite after work I'm supposed to walk with a pregnant friend so I don't think it will be that strenuous
I like to move my body more because I can but I need to take it easy sometimes instead of push, push, push.

I did cardio at lunch today - 20 minutes on the bike, 15 minutes on the Stairmaster, 15 minutes on the elliptical trainer. I never thought I'd be able to do the Stairmaster, but I've discovered that it's a good way to get my heart rate into my 2nd and 3rd training zones. I am, however, somewhat afraid that I'll forget to step up at the right time, will go flying off the back of the machine and land on my kester! So far, however, no embarrassing tragedies. Apparently, I get to save that for another day
