It's hot and sunny in Colorado today.  It's going to be hotter and sunnier tomorrow. I went to the rec center and did 12 minutes of treadmill, 25 minutes of armbike, and 4 minutes of in-line skating machine.  I looked like the Cryptkeeper's sister again, and of course, Hot Wheelchair Dude showed up about halfway through my workout.  I didn't even look in his direction today.  He's still hot -- I don't know why I didn't bother today. After that, I went home, got cleaned up, and spent the day at the Cherry Blossom Fesitval in downtown Denver.  I took my walker mostly so I'd have something to sit on if my knees started to hurt.  I ended up using the seat during the entertainment portions, but didn't really need to rest while walking around the fesitval.  I ended up buying three T-shirts ($50!  ) just because I'm now small enough to be able to fit into T-shirts sold at events.  The food was heavily sugared (teriyaki, nigiri sushi, etc), so I figured I'd just have to get something to eat later.  As I was walking to the car, I found an Asian market that I never knew existed, and they had freshly prepared sashimi at cheaper prices than the festival food.  I enjoyed a delicious salmon sashimi lunch. I also went to Costco and sped up and down the aisles in the electric cart, but that doesn't count toward moving my body (unless you can count defensive driving -- people turn into zombies when they go into places like Sam's or Costco). That's what I did today.  What did you do to move your body today? Kix

Hi Kix! Thanks for opening the gym.  Today I didn't exercise either.  I ran around to a baby shower, announced a concert, had dinner with friends...but, no exercise.  Hope to get in some tomorrow! You did great though!  congrats for making into normal size T-shirts!  What a feeling??? Lori
