MONDAY WEIGH IN!

GOOD MONDAY TO ALL!!           I HOPE ALL THE DADS OUT THERE HAD A GOOD FATHERS DAY. I WENT TO THE DR FRIDAY WITH RASH ISSUES UNDER THE STOMACH AREA UGH.... SHE GAVE ME SOME CREAM AND SURE HOPE IT WORKS... I ALSO HAD LAB WORK DONE. I HAVE HAD SOME DIZZY ISSUES FROM TIME TO TIME AND I KNOW THATS OUT OF THE NORM. I GO BACK WEDNESDAY AND HAVE RESULTS READ AND HAVE TO GET A PAP AND MAMMOGRAM ALSO THAT DAY UGH... ALL THEY WILL FIND IN MY LAB WORK IS PROBABLY FLAVORED WATER FLOWING LOL....WELL ANYWHO NOW ON TO THE WEIGHING... YALL LURKERS AND NON WEIGH IN'RS HOP ON BOARD NOW AND HIT THAT SCALE AND JOIN IN!! BEGINNING WEIGHT=397 SURGERY WEIGHT-386 LAST WEEK-183 THIS WEEK-182 HUGS MARGE           

GOOD MONDAY TO EVERYBODY!!                        IT IS GLOOMY HERE IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS BUT I GUESS WE CANT HAVE EVERYTHING CAN WE.  MY WEEKEND WAS UNEVENTFUL THANKGOD  I DID DO A BIG BUNCH OF NOTHING WHICH SOMETIMES IS NICE.  HOPE EVERYBODY HAS A GREAT WEEK.  I HAVE CUT MYSELF COLD TURKEY OFF OF THE SUGAR AND IT LOOKS LIKE IT HAS HELPED THIS WEEK WITH MY WEIGHT LOSS AND I HOPE IT CONTINUES AND I HOPE I CAN CONTINUE WITH THIS HABIT I AM TRYING TO CREATE AGAIN.  GOOD LUCK TO EVERYBODY AND I HOPE YOU ALL HAVE A GREAT WEEK.  OH YEA I DONT KNOW IF I TOLD ANYBODY BUT WE DECIDIED TO STAY HERE IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS WE HAVE FOUND A HOUSE IN THE SCHOOL DISTRICT THAT I WANT MY SON TO GO TO AND WE SHOULD HEAR FROM THE THE BANK ABOUT THE CLOSING SOON SO MY STRESS LEVEL IS GETTING BETTER  I WILL JUST KEEP MY FINGERS CROSSED AND THANK YOU EVERYBODY FOR YOUR SUPPORT.  WELL HERE ARE MY NUMBERS. I lived in St. Louis for two years and have been through several parts of downstate Illinois.  I'm trying to figure out where Johnson City is -- are you closer to Du Quoin or Carbondale?  I used to go to the Illinois State Fair when it was held in Du Quoin, because it was closer than driving all the way to Western Missouri for the Missouri State Fair (I'm a state fair junkie). HI KIX!!  WELL I GUESS YOU WOULD SAY I AM CLOSER TO CARBONDALE BUT I AM REALLY JUST LIKE 9 MILES EAST OF MARION.  I WORK IN CARBONDALE AND IT IS LIKE A 40 MINUTE DRIVE SO IT ISNT THAT FAR BUT CLOSER THAN DUQUOIN.  I AM NOT A STATE FAIR JUNKIE BUT I DO LIKE THE DUQUOIN STATE FAIR I HAVE LIVED IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS FOR 17 YEARS NOW AND I HAVE ONLY GONE JUST A FEW TIMES BUT LAST YEAR WAS MUCH MORE ENJOYABLE WITHOUT SO MUCH WEIGHT TO CARRY.   NOT TO CHANGE THE SUBJECT BUT I THINK YOU HAVE LIVED JUST ABOUT EVERYWHERE HAVENT YOU? Morning, Marge.  Thanks for starting off the Monday weigh in!  Here's my numbers for the week - Beginning weight:  396 Surgery weight:  386 Two week's ago:  209.4 Today:  208.9 I leave for vacation on Saturday, 6/23, and am simply hoping to maintain while I'm away.  Wish me luck - Kellie

hey there lady, hope you feel better soon - getting dizzy is no fun at all. I spent my weekend at the hospital with my dad - he's still in ICU and so we go in and just talk to him. It looks like he had a stroke during surgery and can't  move much, so I have a feeling this will be a long haul. Luckily the hospital has a good cafeteria with lots of options for me and I usually take a break to run up and down the stairs a few times a day. It helps to relieve the stress. I'm almost to the 100's but I know this will take forever! Everytime I've lost weight and come close to 200 I hit a plateau - my body just resists! So, I'm preparing myself that it will take a little bit of time :-) surgery weight: 371 last week's weight: 205 this week's weight: 204 A pound is a pound so i guess I will take it.

It's a gloomy day here, we call it June gloom, but it will break up and warm up to the mid 80's in the afternoon. Beginning weight-374 Surgery weight-359 Last week- 204 This week- 199  WHOO HOO!!! Total weight loss - 175lb gone forever! 

Our weekend was pretty uneventful.  We went to see "Oceans 13" yesterday because it was too darned hot outside to do anything else.  The weather dude just said we broke a record yesterday: 97 degrees.  That's hot for Colorado. Since it's "only" going to be 80 degrees today, I may go to the Botanic Garden (it's free admission day).  I'm worried that I messed up my knee the other day while doing treadmill, it has been kind of sore.  I also need to go to the library and have a firm discussion with the librarian (I returned a book and they somehow didn't get it checked in). I'm a bit bummed about my slow weight loss, but I am still losing, so I'm trying not to focus on the old days of losing 20 lbs/month!  I'm just eager to get to 199 like Jandell did this week!
