OK - I need HELP!!!
I did the same thing before surgery and now the things I liked then, I can't stand now. I have never been a picky eater so this is killing me! The things I like, (asparagus, wrap sandwiches, salads - without a lot of meat, more vegetarian foods) are not good because they are either high in carbs or do not have protein! I will try the micellar milk though. Just remember what you like pre-op may not work post-op!
Thanks,
V
I was just like you and could not stand smells. I bought several toddler no spill sippy cups, and I drink all my protein from these cups. They elemented the smell of the protein. I drink Worldwide Frosty Chocolate protein drinks. They are ready made cans just like grabbing a soda and have 37 grams of protein in 11 oz. I hope you find something that works for you.
Congratulations on you 57 lbs!
Like you I cannot do the protein shakes, drinks or bars. Whey or Soy Protein makes me sick. I have to get my protein from the food I eat. This has been from the very beginning. I eat alot of fish and chicken. I also drink about 100 oz of water a day plus my one cup of coffee in the morning. Get in more protein and water and the scale will start to move. Also try walking a little bit everyday. I work out 5x a week plus I take the stairs everywhere, I park at the end of the parking lot and on the weekend I go the the mall and walk around and try on clothes in most of the stores. I normally don't buy anything but I walk around for about 3-4 hour. I try to move one way or another everysingle day.
Good luck and keep up the good work.

Thank you everyone! I will try almost all of your ideas, except the pudding. I tried that earlier and it was a no go!
I am going to try to eat nothing but protein and maybe some fruits and veggies all weekend and try to drink more water/fluid. I am a community activist, have started my own travel business (www.MacJohnTravel.com), have 4 girls, a disabled husband, full-time job and am currently running for a local council seat, so I have very little time to exercise. I am going to work on a schedule so I can get to the gym and find some other ways to work in exercise. Does anyone have any suggestions to work in exercise?
