Gym Is Open (Friday)

Back was killing me today!  I did go to the gym, but, just walked the track for 40 mins, then stretched my back for 10.  Why this pain comes and goes like this, I'll never know. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Back pain is the pits - hope you can figure out what's causing it. I went to the gym and did 22 minutes on the elliptical and 20 minutes on the treadmill. I was running late so couldn't do my usual 50-60 minutes of activity but felt good with what I did. Since I began school I've been doing tons more walking. I grab the bus (which is about a mile from  my house), which then takes me to the light rail (where I climb 3 flights of stairs to cross over to the station) and then it drops me off on campus, far from my classes. So, that is adding a lot more walking to my schedule. I don't mind, I'm just happy I can actually walk that far! take care of yourself hon - hope you feel better soon.

Hi Lori,  I know the back can really bother you but keep your head up it will get better. I didn't make it to the gym this morning but I will be going tonight. I plan on doing my weights and walking on the tread and elliptical today. Have a great weekend.  Lorraine

I hope the back is feeling better, Lori. I did 80 minutes of pilates.

Jesus is so good to me;  I couldn't ask for a better friend, protector, leader, savior!

Ouch, please get well soon! I did 30 minutes on the armbike (level 3) while coveting my sibling's workout on the new in-line skating machine at the rec center, and the sparkling blue outdoor pool that kept winking at me.  No chance of me using either one for at least another month when I go back for my PS follow-up appt. Hi Lori, Oops I forgot to respond yesterday. I did 30 minutes on the treadmill, 15 on the elliptical trainer and 10 on the bike. I also did several machines and crunches for 20 minutes.

I'm late in posting, but I did 60 minutes of cardio after work Friday - 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer, 20 minutes on the bike.  Was a good way to wrap up the work week! Kellie
