Gym is Open (Thursday)

PJ, Yes, mixing up the exercise is important.  I find my gym time M-F would be quite boring if I wasn't with the other women I work out with.  Any other exercise I do, I do on my own, which is walking on the canal, hikes or pilates tapes. Keep at it, it is so worth it! Lori

I keep telling myself that very thing, it is so worth it! I know when I miss workouts my body hurts - it helps so much to keep my body moving and I just need to remember that feeling. I am going to try a class this Tuesday on campus - of course, I'll be the one 40 year old with all the 20 year olds, so it could motivate me to want to look like them
