New Pics

Hey, girlfriend! You look smokin' hot in those pictures!  Would it be wrong of me to say that I was distracted by the photo of the cake?  I was imagining just how delicious it was, and I really  wanted to dive into it face first?    I am a cakeoholic, I admit it.  It's bad lately, too, when I'm at Costco, I practically slobber all over the sheet cakes, which happen to be right next to the rotesserie chickens.  It's all a mind game, because I have no real interest in eating the cake, my brain is just telling me how good it looks.  Could it be... SATAN?!?!?  Kix

That cake looked good, didn't it! You should of smelled it... it smelled SO GOOD! But the real temptation for me was the chocolate chip cookies that sat in front of me THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE! I LOVE chocolate chip cookies and all I wanted to do was lunge for the container and down everyone of them. And yeah, I'm blaming SATAN as well

Hmm all of those San Antonio pictures seemed awfully familiar :)  You look great!!

San Antonio is terrific! My uncle grew up there (he's 85) and took me on the trolley tour - you wouldn't believe the stories he told - he grew up just blocks from the Alamo and would walk by it on his way to school, and he would climb on the stone wall with his buddies and walk all the way around. He said this was before they repaired it and he would find actual old shell casings in his explorations.  He is quite the character and has amazing stories! I visit every few years to see my aunt and uncle, who I just adore. I spent many a summer there when I was growing up and all too well remember how hot it gets! But it certainly is beautiful. Thanks for the compliment too, you'll be at that point before you know it and we can all ohh and ahh over your pics!

I like San Antonio a lot - especially in the winter and spring (wildflowers are gorgeous!) but summer definitely is murder.  I've heard that people are cold all the time after WLS - I certainly hope so!  I was just outside watering my garden and in 20 minutes I am dripping sweat!  Best Wishes,  Jenn
