Gym Is Open (Thursday)
I have just been feeling lazy like I don't want to work out anymore. The one good thing is I can see part of the patern that I have always run into when I feel like giving up. There is a big difference this time I am not going to give up I am going to push through to 195 I will see that number one day. I only did an 65 min of cardio this morning because I woke up late today. I have been trying to move everyday but have only been doing 6 days per week so far at the gym. i think the other day i will start taking a walk in my neighborhood.

I went to the pool for 1 hour of water aerobics today. I'm hopeful about going tonight as well, but I don't know if we will actually make that. Tonight, we are chaperoning our group of kids graduating from highschool at Disneyland for GradNite. Should be fun, and I'm looking forward to riding some rides.

That's a good idea, walking on the track. Maybe I need to start doing that until I can start doing treadmill again. Of course, I'm not sure I can walk without either shearing my healing thigh or dislocating my hip by swinging my leg outward to avoid rubbing the healing thigh against the other thigh.
Anyway, I went to the rec center and did a half-hour of vigorous armbike. If my sibling decides to go tonight, I'll do some more armbike.
