Hi guys! I haven't been around for a few days.  It has been hectic for me.  I hope you've all been exercising!  I didn't as much as I had planned.  I did, however, go to the gym this morning and walk the track for 30 minutes then 20 mins of abs and stretching. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I went to the rec center and did 20 minutes of armbike, plus I got in a bunch of walking during my errands today.  More walking than I planned, I might add!  I might go back to the rec center again tonight if my sibling decides to get off the dime and get back into her evening exercise routine.   Kix

Hi Lori! Hope things slow down for you soon I did 40 minutes on the elliptical, then 15 minutes on the cycle. Pretty much the typical. I'm thinking about taking a latin dance class to mix things up a bit - Dancing with the Stars is having a big affect on me!

Uh oh!  I'm watching "Deadliest Catch" on Tuesday evenings, so I hope it doesn't affect me enough that I find myself yearning to be a king crab fisherman!  Seriously, good luck with the latin dance class, that ought to get your cardio up to a pulsating level! A friend of mine who loves salsa dancing tried to teach me years ago, and between the dance steps (I have two left feet) and the speed, I was worn out in about 4.5 seconds.  It's an excellent form of exercise. 40 minutes on the elliptical.  I look forward to being able to do that! Did you get enough rain on your side of town?  It rained so hard over here, I was having flashbacks to the time I lived in Olympia, WA (where it rained every day except in July).  I had to go to Wally's to return something, and the greeter grabbed my wet umbrella and put it in an umbrella baggie so I didn't have to carry a dripping wet umbrella in the store.  I have mixed feelings about doing business with Wally's, but I appreciated the umbrella baggie. Hey, maybe you have found your try calling in life! A fisherman is an honorable profession, you know! The rain was a bit crazy yesterday. We had the first round of storms at 11am and silly me had left my windows down - of course I realized it after it had been absolutely pouring and hailing for about 10 minutes. I ran out to my car, got completely soaked and had to sit in my very wet car to wait out the very big hail (those suckers hurt!).  Then I got stuck on the highway during the second round - took forever to get home! If has been so green that this will just make it even prettier. I'm leaving later this morning for Texas - woo hoo! A funny thing happened though - the outfit I so carefully picked for graduation is already too big! I just can't keep up with my clothes! Have a great weekend hon! I would avoid those fisherman shows though, you never know what affect it could have on you

Hi Lori! Glad that you were able to make it to the board today to check in, and I hope that you will be able to get some down time away from your hectic schedule.   I went to aquafit twice today - morning and evening, for a total of 2 hours of exercise. I will miss the pool tomorrow, and be there Thursday morning.
