Gym is open (Monday)
I'll open the gym today -- it is late already, but I wanted to post for accountablity. Last week, I was on a cruise with my mom. I took the stairs as much as possible, and went swimming in the sal****er pool 3 times.
Today, I went to water aerobics for 2 hours, 1 in the morning, 1 in the evening.
What did you do to move your body today??
Jennie, thanks for opening the gym. I was out of the house all afternoon, then I had to go to my monthly WLS support group, so I didn't get a chance to come online until now.
I went to the rec center at noon and did a half-hour of armbike. I'm glad I went early; my sibling said yesterday she wanted to go this evening after my group meeting, so I planned to do more armbike tonight. I came home after group and she was already in her pajamas, so I figured she wasn't interested in exercising!

I did my typical workout yesterday morning - 37 minutes on the elliptical, 10 minutes on the bike and 20 minutes of weights. Then, I spend the rest of the day scrubbing down my place. I cleaned cabinets, floorboards, ceilings, windows and shades, and so on. It took me forever but I actually worked up a nice sweat. And now I have a spotless home! (I'm a bit of a clean freak - I feel so much more comfortable when everything is clean and nicely organized)
