I Rotisseried!
A couple of years ago our toaster oven died, so I used a WM gift check and got a new one. It is the coolest ever. It has the ability to rotisserie and I finally got around to trying a chicken the other day and It worked great! AND it turned out soooooo much better than the ones we were getting at Wamart or Kroger. It will also hold my biggest corning ware dish, so unless I am baking something larger than 10x10 I don't even use my big oven anymore. I bake almost everything else in it. I am posting a link to the one I got, but I am in no way trying to sell you one. For those of you that want to try your hand at doing your own rotisserie thing the link is for your infomation. I found some spice rubs too that work well. Can you tell I like my latest experiment?
Hugs,
Janie

This sounds like great fun, but my sibling said she'd put me out of the house if I bring one more appliance into the kitchen!
I was at Whole Foods today and saw some delicious seasoned chickens for sale that were crying to be rotisseried. I really wanted to get one, but I wasn't sure how it would turn out in the oven or on the grill, because it looked to me like it was prepared specifically for rotisserie cooking.
Enjoy your new toy!
