I'm so sorry Julie! I feel that way everyday when I get on the scale ... is this true? Is this really happening to me? Has it only been 10 months? I'm amazed and in awe and thank God every single day. Not to mention thrilled as can be!

Congratulations! Lately I have been watching the old Biggest Loser episodes.  Last weekend they had the one where they had to run around the track with the weight they lost in a backpack. I cried so hard. I have lost almost 90 lbs(that is 9-10 lb bags of potatoes) and I can't even imagine carrying it 4 feet, yet I use to walk around with it everyday......killing myself and dieing.     You have lost a great dane. Imagine walking, not running, around the tracking with a great dane strapped to your back. Sweating, rapid heart beat, swollen ankles and just tired. We've come along way baby. Keep doing what you are doing because you are doing it great
