Gym Is Open (Wednesday)

Still working on healing my back.  Did 25 minutes of walking the track 10 mins abs and 15 mins back stretches. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

Hi Lori I hope you are feeling better I was in the gym on time today and did 65 min treadmill and weight for another 20 min. Feel better soon. Lorraine

I went to the rec center around lunchtime (in between running errands) and did 20 minutes of armbike.  I enjoyed it a lot, although I was pretty tired at the end of the 20 minutes.   I look forward to rebuilding my stamina! Kix

Hi Lori, I mixed it up again today, but instead of starting on the treadmill I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, then 20 minutes on the treadmill, then back to the elliptical for 22 minutes. It helped with the whole heart rate getting up there and I'm hoping that the treadmill will help get my legs ready for more hiking. Other than that I'm feeling my back too, so I am truly sympathizing with you today. My period just kills my back and sure enough today it began.
