Gym Is Open (Wednesday)
Hi Lori,
I mixed it up again today, but instead of starting on the treadmill I did 10 minutes on the elliptical, then 20 minutes on the treadmill, then back to the elliptical for 22 minutes. It helped with the whole heart rate getting up there and I'm hoping that the treadmill will help get my legs ready for more hiking.
Other than that I'm feeling my back too, so I am truly sympathizing with you today. My period just kills my back and sure enough today it began.
