Gym is Open (Friday)

I went to the gym this morning and did 45 mins on the treadmill and 20 mins lower body strength training and abs. What did you do to move your body today? Lori

I did 40 minutes on the elliptical trainer at lunch today.  The weather here is gorgeous - sunny and 70 degrees - and I wanted to have my workout over so I can enjoy the rest of my day when I'm done at work.  It's so nice outside that I think I'll go for a walk when I get home!   Have a great weekend, Lori! Good for you Kellie!  The increased day light and the gorgeous weather has helped me take that evening walk too!

I wallowed in self-pity all day because of my on-going weight struggles.....  How's that for execise?

Tracy, Don't you wish that "pity parties" burned calories?  I sure do.  I also wish these damned hot flashes I'm having 20 times a day and all night long burned calories.... Big Hugs, Lori
